Laughing Buddha is the home of steamy, delectable ramen noodles and breathtaking broths. With an emphasis on traditional Japanese fare, Laughing Buddha will feature both a miso broth and a pork bone broth, known in the Land of The Rising Sun as Tonkotsu. In keeping with convention, hearty miso soups will be paired with robust ingredients, such as fresh sweet corn, crispy bean sprouts or succulent stir-fried pork belly. With Tonkotsu, the broth is the true star, as it offers a silkier texture, deep umami flavor and numerous health benefits. The complexity of the pork bone broth brings out the aromatics of the vegetables, proteins and ramen noodles marrying in the bowl.
